2.     We want to SAVE YOU MONEY!  There is no need to waste your hard earned money on expensive commercial software when there is a perfectly legal and free open source alternative.  Whenever we can we use and suggest a free open source alternative that gets the job done.  In most cases the open source alternative is better than the commercial version!

Who we are

We are a small family owned business dedicated to serving the needs of the home user and the small business owner.  We are currently located in San Clemente and serve the South Orange County area.  As owner of Butler Technology Services I am well equipped to serve you.  I have worked in the IT field for almost 10 years in many capacities, from database administration, to help desk, network administration and security.  Having experience in all of these fields has allowed me a well balanced approach in resolving computer related problems.  

Vision

It is our vision to provide excellent customer service to every person we meet by fixing their computer related problems in an efficient and open manner.  By efficient I mean that we have an entire toolbox of tools that help us pinpoint and resolve your problem. One of our most efficient tools we use allows us to connect to your computer remotely and resolve most software related issues.  By open, I mean that we won't try to convince you of spending money unnecessarily by confusing you with technical jargon that doesn't mean anything.  We also have an upfront pricing plan so that you know what you are going to pay before we ever walk through your door.  We strive to give you the best possible solution with the smallest out of pocket expenses.  While we offer software and hardware products for your convenience, we make our money from providing you excellent service, not by pushing unnecessary products.
